Every issue of this newsletter gives you the exact systems, strategies, and principles I’ve used to generate 8 figures (almost entirely) with email marketing. So you can build your own systems that will carry you through the next algorithm change or recession. This is what actually works.

FROM MY WORLD

If You Stop Working Tomorrow, What Happens?

I landed in Canada with two suitcases in December 2017. No driver’s license, no insurance, no permanent place to live, and a to-do list that felt longer than the runway I touched down on.

For the next two months, I barely worked.

I was setting up a new life from scratch. Paperwork. Apartment hunting. Standing in government offices. Figuring out how everything works when you’re not on home soil. My laptop stayed closed more than it had in years.

And yet my income didn’t drop.

It didn’t grow either. But it held steady. Because the systems I built kept running while I was busy becoming a Canadian resident.

My affiliate systems, including LeadPages, kept paying me recurring commissions from referrals I sent months earlier. Every person who stayed subscribed meant another deposit, and I didn’t have to write code, manage a support desk, or build a software company from the ground up. I made nearly half the sale without carrying any of the operational weight.

That’s when something clicked for me in a way it never had before.

Systems pay you. Effort only rents time.

Earlier in my career, when I first crossed $10,000 a month, it was a one-man show. I was writing emails manually, setting up promotions manually, following up manually. I was proud of the income, but the business depended entirely on my daily energy.

Then I began replacing repetition with automation. Email sequences instead of one-off blasts. Software instead of spreadsheets. Outsourcing small tasks instead of hoarding control. The revenue didn’t just grow; it multiplied because the machine no longer required my constant presence.

I scaled from $10K to $40K per month, and in November 2012, the month my daughter was born, we crossed $80K. Same core model. Better systems.

Affiliate marketing isn’t powerful because it’s trendy or simple. It’s powerful because it lets you plug into products you’ll never build yourself and still earn recurring income long after the original effort is done.

If life forced you to step away for sixty days, would your income survive the silence?

SMILE, THEN SCROLL

MY GIFT FOR YOU

Let Me Build Your Email List With You

Most people trying to build an email list never get past setting up their first funnel.

The tech overwhelms them. The autoresponder confuses them. They don't know which offers to promote or where to get traffic. So they buy another course, watch more tutorials, and stay stuck in the same place.

I'm opening up a limited number of spots where I'll build your entire email list business with you while doing 90% of the heavy lifting.

By the time we're done, you'll have a complete system generating leads and making sales. You'll know exactly where to get quality traffic, which offers convert best, and how to turn subscribers into dollars.

This isn't another course teaching you how to figure it out yourself. We're building it together so you walk away with a working business and the knowledge to scale it.

This is by application only for a limited time, and I'm selective about who I work with.

If you've been trying to build a list on your own but can't figure it out, or you're too busy making a living to build one yourself, I urge you to apply now.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

The Box Under The Bed

Most people think debt is normal.

They think it’s just part of being an adult. Credit cards, car payments, and groceries split into four payments like that somehow makes it smarter.

I grew up watching the opposite of financial freedom.

When my family moved from Ukraine to Israel, my dad got his first credit card and immediately bought a stereo system, a big-screen TV, and a vacuum cleaner. We paid for those three things for five years. Some of them didn’t even last five years.

Every month started negative. Overdraft. Then another loan to cover the first loan. Then another one to cover that. At one point my mom was splitting grocery bills into multiple payments for food that was gone in two days.

Here’s the truth. If you don’t build margin, life will build pressure.

I learned early that income doesn’t save you. Behavior does.

When I was broke and engaged, my fiancée and I saved 10% of everything. Even if we only made $1,000 that month, $100 went into a box under the bed. Later it became $1,500 in savings. Not much, but it was ours.

Meanwhile my brother, who earned more than I did, had nothing saved. When he lost his job for six months, debt swallowed him whole. He’s still paying for groceries he ate years ago.

So here’s the challenge.

Before you try to grow your income, grow your cushion. Put aside 10% starting this month and don’t negotiate with yourself.

FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE

Why A.I. Is Not a Copywriter-Killer With Bob Bly

Bob Bly has been writing copy for over four decades, and he said something that should make every marketer pause.

There’s no perfect length for copy.

On YouTube ads, he’s seen two to three minutes outperform longer videos because view rate and clickthrough climb when the message respects attention. But then he’s run three-hour webinars that pulled better than a 90-minute version selling the exact same offer.

Same product. Different context. Different result.

His point is simple. If people care, they’ll read. If they’re invested, they’ll watch again on replay just to catch the key points.

And here’s the line that stuck with me: emotion beats logic. We decide emotionally, then use logic to justify it.

If you’re writing emails, building funnels, or even talking to a prospect, this episode will reset how you think about persuasion.

Listen to it and ask yourself one question. Are you explaining… or are you moving people?

CURATED READS

The Checklist Manifesto by Atul Gawande

Getting things right isn’t about being smarter. It’s about building simple systems that prevent stupid mistakes. Gawande shows how surgeons, pilots, and construction teams avoid catastrophe with basic checklists because complexity, not ignorance, is what causes failure.

That landed hard for me.

When I scaled from $10K to $40K a month, it wasn’t because I worked harder. It was because I systemized what already worked and stopped trusting memory and motivation.

This book will make you realize that discipline isn’t about willpower. It’s about structure.

Build a checklist for your money, your marketing, and your emails. Then follow it when you don’t feel like it.

Simple beats smart every time.
