FROM MY WORLD

A Love Letter to My Most Insane Week

I know, sounds crazy. But it’s true.

When my daughter was born, my productivity shot through the roof.
When my son was born—it doubled again.
And when I moved to a brand-new country juggling screaming kids, mountains of paperwork, schools, doctors, housing, insurance (oh, and running a business on top of it all)…

…that’s when I realized something shocking:
My most productive days happened when I had the least time.

Why? Because when you’ve only got an hour or two to work, there’s no room for fluff.
No “I’ll just check Facebook real quick.”
No “researching” YouTube videos (which is code for procrastinating).

You either get something important done… or you get nothing done.

Here’s the shift that changed everything for me:
It’s not about having more time. It’s about cutting the waste out of the time you already have.

The truth? Most people don’t have a “time” problem. They have a “focus” problem.

If you spend your precious 60 minutes writing emails, finding offers, or generating leads—you’ll move forward.
If you spend it scrolling TikTok… you won’t.

Simple as that.

So here’s my challenge to you:
Treat your time like gold. Guard it. Spend it wisely.
Because when life squeezes you, that’s when you find out how much you’re really capable of.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

How to Polish a Stone in the Tumbler

Your lowest moments? The times when life drags you through the mud, strips you of your pride, and kicks you in the teeth?

Those moments can also be your greatest turning points.

See, most people think success is born from strategy, tools, or some “hidden hack.”
But the real foundation of success is built when you’re down and out—when you’ve got no money, no backup plan, and no choice but to fight.

That’s when you find out what you’re made of.
That’s when you either fold… or forge something indestructible inside yourself.

There’s a quote I love:
“Only to the extent that we open ourselves to annihilation can we find that which is indestructible within us.”

Think about that.
It’s easy to push forward when things are good. But when everything is on fire—your back’s against the wall—that’s when the real version of you shows up.

Here’s the twist: most people spend their lives avoiding these moments.
They’re terrified of failure, pain, or humiliation. They want a smooth ride.
But that’s like trying to build muscle without ever lifting something heavy.

If you want freedom, resilience, and the kind of grit that makes success inevitable, you’ve got to stop running from the hard stuff.
Lean into it.
Use it.
Because your breakdown might just be the seed of your breakthrough.

CURATED READS

"Expert Secrets" by Russell Brunson

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve got knowledge, experience, or even just a weird obsession that could help others—but you’re not sure how to turn it into an actual business—this book will smack you upside the head (in a good way).

I’m talking about Russell Brunson’s Expert Secrets.

This isn’t your typical “rah-rah” motivational book. It’s a step-by-step playbook on how to position yourself as the go-to authority in your niche—even if right now you feel like an imposter with nothing to say.

Russell lays out exactly how to:

  • Craft a message that gets people hooked.

  • Build a loyal following that actually listens to you.

  • Turn your knowledge (or passion, or pain, or story) into offers people are eager to buy.

The first time I read it, I couldn’t stop scribbling notes in the margins. The guy basically hands you the blueprint to build your own tribe of raving fans who want to hear from you, want to learn from you, and want to buy from you.

If you’ve ever dreamed of making money from your story, skills, or experience… this book shows you how to make it real.
