FROM MY WORLD

Chicken Coops, Broken Marriages, and Online Millions

You know how they say, “The riches are in the niches”?
Well… turns out, some of those niches are downright bizarre.

I’ve spent most of my career sticking to one or two lanes—mainly the “make money online” world. Why? Because between running my business and being a dad, I simply don’t have the bandwidth to chase after 7 shiny objects at once. Focus keeps me sane (and keeps the money flowing).

But here’s the thing… every time I peek outside my bubble, I find out there’s serious money being made in the strangest corners of the internet.

Like arts and crafts. Yep, hot glue guns, yarn, and people who can knit sweaters for their cats. Huge market.

Or get this—building chicken coops. Apparently, tons of people want to raise their own chickens, and they’ll pay good money to learn how to build the perfect coop.

And then there’s the “fix your marriage as an entrepreneur” niche. That one blew my mind. Coaches are charging premium prices to help six-figure guys rekindle romance with their wives. Some even market themselves as pastors who used to date porn stars. You can’t make this stuff up!

So what’s the point here? Simple: the opportunities are endless.
But that’s also the problem. Too many options can be paralyzing.

So if you’re wondering which niche to jump into, here’s my advice: don’t chase 10 rabbits. Pick one. Go deep. Stick with it.

Because the people cashing in big time aren’t dabblers—they’re the ones who commit.

MY GIFT FOR YOU

The Switch That Decides Your Wealth—Learn to Flip It In A Weekend

If traffic were the problem, you’d be rich. What’s really throttling you is the operating system behind your money decisions. Over two Saturdays, I’ll walk you through a 2-step reset—remove the “poverty viruses,” install the money OS that makes the right moves feel safe and obvious, so your tactics finally work the way they should. It’s live, hands-on, zero hypnosis or manifesting, and guaranteed. We do it in a small room so I can coach you in real time, then lock it in with follow-up support. Seats are limited for a reason, and my show-up-and-feel-it guarantee makes it riskless.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

The Wrong Way to Be "Right"

Time for a little tough love…

Most people think they’re building a business when they’re really just building a digital library of “helpful content.”
Tutorials, guides, “5 steps to do X” kind of stuff.

But let me ask you—when was the last time you got rich from handing out free advice?

Exactly.

See, being helpful is easy. It feels good. It makes you feel like you’re serving. But the truth is, nobody ever bought their way into freedom by being the “helpful guy.”

People don’t open your emails because they’re craving another checklist.
They open your emails because they want to be moved.

They want to laugh.
They want to be surprised.
They want to see themselves in your stories, their problems mirrored back to them in a way that makes them nod and say, “Yes! That’s me!”

That’s when they trust you.
That’s when they buy from you.

So stop thinking of your emails as mini blog posts. Stop treating your list like a filing cabinet for tips and tricks.

Your list isn’t a library—it’s a stage.

And when you step onto that stage, your job isn’t to dump information. Your job is to spark emotion, paint possibility, and make it painfully obvious that taking action with you is the smartest next step they can take.

Helpful content may win clicks.
But it will never win commitment.

CURATED READS

Start with Why by Simon Sinek

Most entrepreneurs obsess over what they’re selling. Some get a little smarter and figure out how to sell it.

But almost nobody stops to ask the question that really matters: “Why am I doing this?”

That’s where Simon Sinek’s Start with Why comes in.

This book isn’t just another self-help pep talk. It’s a mirror that makes you stare down the uncomfortable truth: if you don’t know your why, your customers won’t care about your what.

Sinek shows, with story after story, that the most successful leaders and companies in the world don’t win because they have better products. They win because they lead with purpose, vision, and belief.

Think about it… Apple doesn’t just sell computers. They sell rebellion against the ordinary.
Harley-Davidson doesn’t just sell motorcycles. They sell freedom on two wheels.

And you? What are you really selling?

If you’re tired of feeling like a commodity in a crowded market, this book will shake you out of it. It’ll remind you that people don’t buy from you because of logic—they buy because of meaning.

Read Start with Why. Then, sit down and get brutally honest with yourself about your why. Because once you’ve got that nailed, every email, every offer, every sale becomes ten times easier.
