FROM MY WORLD
My Go-To Fix When I’m Running on Empty
Ever wake up after eight full hours of sleep… and still feel like you’re walking through molasses?
Yeah. Been there.
I used to think the cure was more rest. Maybe a nap. Maybe three. Maybe moving into bed full-time like a human house cat.
Turns out… I was wrong.
Burnout isn’t always about doing less. Sometimes, it’s about doing things differently.
Here’s what I mean:
When I’m fried, the easy thing to do is cut everything and hide under a blanket. But here’s the twist—staying in bed never recharges me. Instead, I’ve learned to cut what drains me and stack my day with what fuels me.
Writing fuels me.
Playing football with my son fuels me.
Certain friends fuel me (others… not so much).
The wrong food drags me down—pizza might feel like comfort, but it’s an energy thief in disguise.
And you know what never fuels you?
Scrolling through social media. It’s like pouring sand into your gas tank and wondering why the car won’t start.
Here’s the secret: instead of shutting down, switch the activity.
Change your environment. For me, that might mean disappearing into a coffee shop where nobody knows me. For you, maybe it’s a party, a run, or even an hour walking in nature.
Sometimes, burnout has nothing to do with your body—it’s your mind running a thousand open tabs. Old grudges, unspoken frustrations, unfinished projects… all quietly draining the battery. Close a few of those loops and watch your energy shoot through the roof.
If you feel heavy and slow, don’t just “rest.” Find your fuel and switch the channel. Because energy isn’t always found in doing nothing—sometimes it’s hiding in the right something.

MY GIFT FOR YOU
Build a 7–8 Figure Email Biz from Scratch (Free Book + $3,251.88 in Bonuses Inside)
There’s a moment when every trapped 9–5er realizes:
“I’m trading my life for crumbs… while others eat the feast.” I hit that wall. Then I built a $20M email system—and I wrote a book about it. The List Building Lifestyle (AI Edition) walks you through how I built an 8-figure biz using nothing but email… and how you can do the same, even if you’re starting from zero.
And now—with the help of smart, easy-to-use AI tools—it’s even faster and simpler to build your list, write emails, and automate your income. You can get my book free, and I’ll even throw in $3,251.88 worth of my best templates, emails, and traffic blueprints. Just cover shipping.

MINDSET MAKEOVER
The Sure Sign It’s Time to Abandon a Winning Strategy
Let’s get one thing straight:
The thing that made you successful yesterday… could be the very thing that destroys you tomorrow.
I’ve seen it too many times—people cling to a method, a platform, a revenue stream like it’s their childhood teddy bear. They don’t notice it’s slowly suffocating them.
Algorithms change. Markets shift.
What was a gold mine becomes a ghost town.
And yet, the instinct is to double down, work harder, grind longer… all just to maintain yesterday’s results.
That’s not persistence. That’s slow-motion suicide for your business.
The entrepreneurs who thrive are those willing to reinvent themselves. To spot an opportunity before it’s obvious. To put in the work learning a skill, testing a platform, or building a revenue stream that isn’t paying off today—but will be unstoppable when the tide turns.
It’s not about chasing every shiny object. It’s about playing the long game—developing the mental agility to let go of “what’s working” before it stops working.
And here’s the truth that most people don’t want to hear:
You can’t see your next big win while you’re staring at your last one.
So maybe the boldest move you can make right now isn’t grinding harder at the thing you’ve always done…
…it’s having the guts to try something that might not pay off until everyone else realizes it was genius

CURATED READS
The Ultimate Sales Letter – Dan Kennedy
If your emails, ads, or sales pages aren’t making people whip out their credit cards… chances are you’re missing the one skill Dan Kennedy calls the “make-or-break” of marketing: writing copy that sells.
The Ultimate Sales Letter isn’t theory. It’s a field manual from the guy who’s written campaigns that have pulled in billions (with a “B”) for himself and his clients.
Kennedy walks you step-by-step through building a message so irresistible that your prospects will feel like you’ve been reading their diary. You’ll learn how to grab attention in a noisy world, tap into raw emotion without being sleazy, and craft offers so magnetic that people feel compelled to say yes.
I keep a dog-eared copy on my desk. Anytime I need to write something that actually moves money, I flip it open, steal a few moves, and boom—the sales page suddenly has teeth.
If you’ve ever stared at a blank screen wondering what to write, this book will turn that screen into your ATM.
