FROM MY WORLD
“Email is Dead”—Said No Millionaire Ever
You ever met someone who confidently declares something outrageous, like “Email marketing is dead”? I have.
And I’ve learned one thing about these people… They’ve never actually made a dime with email.
Because if they did, they’d know the truth.
Email marketing is alive, well, and printing cash—while the social media gurus are still figuring out how to “hack the algorithm.”
Here’s the thing: Email converts 20x better than social media.
People open their inboxes to buy, not just scroll. They check email first thing in the morning—even before brushing their teeth.
And when you send the right message, to the right list, at the right time? You’re not just making sales. You’re minting money.
Yet, so many marketers are stuck believing that TikTok dances and Instagram reels are the holy grail.
Look—I’m not saying you should ignore social media. But if you’re not building an email list and leveraging it like a gold mine, you’re leaving piles of cash on the table.
So, here’s what I want you to do this week:
Start Split Testing. Test subject lines, email formats, and even the “from” name you use.
Personalize Your Emails. Because personalized emails have 6x higher transaction rates.
Mirror Your Subject Line in the Body. Reinforce the hook that got them to open the email in the first place.
And whatever you do… Don’t let anyone convince you that email is “dead.”
Because while they’re dancing for likes on social media, you’ll be cashing checks from your email list.

MINDSET MAKEOVER
Sex, Money, and Soviet Mindset Baggage
Imagine this. You grow up in a place where sex doesn’t exist.
Babies? Oh, they just magically appear at hospitals, even if the hospitals themselves look like a scene from a horror movie.
This was the Soviet Union.
And while I was born just before the Iron Curtain came down, the mindset it created stuck around for decades.
People avoided talking about sex. Pretended it didn’t exist.
But here’s the kicker—money got the same treatment.
Money was taboo.
If you had it, you were shady. If you wanted it, you were greedy. And if you didn’t care about it, well… you were somehow morally superior.
Fast-forward to today, and guess what?
That same Soviet mindset is still alive and kicking.
People will say things like:
“I’d rather be healthy than rich.”
“Money isn’t everything.”
“I don’t need much—just enough to get by.”
But here’s the reality. Why not be healthy AND rich?
Why not live in a world where you have it all—health, wealth, happiness, and the freedom to make an impact?
I once had this argument with a buddy of mine. He was earning over 10k a month, but he still acted broke.
He commuted two hours each way to work. Hated his job. And when I suggested starting his own business, he scoffed and said, “I’d rather be healthy than rich.”
What?? How about being healthy, rich, and fulfilled?
It blew his mind.
But here’s the uncomfortable truth: Most people sabotage their own success because deep down, they believe money is bad.
And that belief is like a glass ceiling—they can’t earn beyond it, no matter how hard they work.
But money isn’t evil. It’s not dirty. And it’s not the root of all problems. Money is a tool. A tool to create freedom. To buy back your time.
To make your family’s life easier, happier, and more secure.
When I had my second kid, I hired two nannies.
Not because I’m lazy. But because I wanted my wife and me to actually enjoy parenting. To have date nights. To keep our marriage strong instead of running ourselves into the ground.
And yes, that takes money. But that’s the point. Money is important.
And anyone who tells you otherwise either:
Doesn’t have any.
Wants to keep you small so they feel better about themselves.
So here’s your takeaway: Stop apologizing for wanting more. Stop pretending money doesn’t matter. And stop acting like wealth and happiness can’t exist in the same universe.
Because they absolutely can—and should.

CURATED READS
Crush Obstacles Like a Stoic Warrior

If you feel like life keeps throwing bricks at your face? You’re not alone.
But here’s the good news—you can use those bricks to build your empire.
Ryan Holiday’s book, “The Obstacle Is the Way: The Timeless Art of Turning Trials into Triumph,” is basically a cheat code for life.
It’s all about Stoicism—an ancient philosophy that teaches you to stay calm, adapt, and thrive no matter what chaos comes your way.
Think about it: Your email list flops? Your launch bombs? Facebook bans your ad account? No problem. Holiday shows you how to turn setbacks into stepping stones—not just in business, but in life.
One of my favorite takeaways? Focus only on what you can control. Because worrying about the rest is like trying to stop the tide with a bucket.
This book is a practical roadmap for crushing problems and coming out stronger every single time.
Read this book. Highlight the hell out of it. Then keep it on your desk for emergencies. Trust me—it’s that good.
