“Whenever you see a successful business, someone once made a courageous decision. Not a clever one. Not a safe one. A decision that looked wrong to most people at the time.” — Peter Drucker

FROM MY WORLD

Stay Poor With a Flexible Lifestyle

I wake up early because of my kids. Not because I’m some super early riser. If I don’t get up at 6 am, they’ll wake me up anyway, usually by making a lot of noise.

People ask how I balance everything. Affiliate offers, my own products, joint ventures, travel, and Life. They think I have some secret system or productivity hack. The truth is, it’s much simpler and honestly, not that exciting.

I keep my life boring on purpose.

I grew up in a family where discipline wasn’t optional. My dad was a military guy before he tried entrepreneurship and failed hard. Discipline wasn’t something you chose. It was just how things were. So when I started working online, I didn’t become one of those laptop-on-the-beach people, jumping from Airbnb to Airbnb and chasing Wi-Fi. I did the opposite.

My house, wife, two kids, two cars, and a gardener who comes every other week. Nothing fancy. Just normal and stable. That stability is what lets everything else work.

I start work around 7 am. I’m usually finished by 1 or 2 pm. It’s not because I’m lazy, it’s because I control my calendar. Meetings go where I want. I block out time for real work. Sometimes I even put myself on my own calendar when something important needs to get done.

If you don’t do that, freedom turns into chaos fast.

At some point, I stopped worrying about money. Inflation headlines don’t stress me out. My kids go to private school. I realized one day that I’ve spent more on their education than my parents ever spent on rent.

We moved from Israel to Toronto while my parents stayed behind. New country, but I kept the same routine.

Even when I travel, like when I flew to California for a three-day rock festival just to finally see AC/DC live, I don’t let everything fall apart. I work a couple of hours during the day and go to concerts at night. No catching up later.

Here’s the real point.

Balance isn’t about juggling more things; it’s about removing randomness. Build a structure first and make your days predictable. That’s what gives you real freedom, not just flexibility.

MY GIFT FOR YOU

The Most Generous Coaching Offer I've Ever Made And Probably Ever Will

I'm about to do something that will make every business consultant who sees this have a minor stroke.

Starting today, I'm offering unlimited 1-on-1 coaching for an entire year. This isn’t group calls or "office hours”, but actual personalized coaching calls whenever you need them.

That means you’re getting unlimited access to solve every roadblock in your business.

I'm calling it "Roadblock Removal Laser Coaching" because we're not doing therapy sessions or motivational pep talks. We aim directly at your specific problem and eliminate it. Fast.

Now I couldn’t do this alone unless I only wanted to help a few people. Your coach is Liviu Ungureanu, who I personally trained for years. He went from working himself into facial paralysis as a CEO and wedding presenter to building complete freedom online under my mentorship.

Some gurus charge up to $25,000 for a single day of one-on-one support. You're getting 365 days of unlimited support for $1,000.

This is experimental, and capacity is genuinely limited. I reserve the right to shut it down the moment we hit our number.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

To Hell With Your Job!

Most people think the problem is lack of support. Family doubts you, parents mock you, and siblings tell you to get a “real job.” So you try to explain, argue, and show logic. You pull stats, hoping one conversation will flip the switch.

It won’t.

I had an older brother who didn’t trust my direction, a mother who didn’t support it, and a father who openly ridiculed me. They all agreed on one thing: I was making a mistake. They weren’t interested in numbers and weren’t curious. They were committed to their worldview.

Here’s the truth nobody likes hearing: you can’t convince people who feel safe being right.

They believe a job is security until they get fired. They believe business is risky until their “stable” income disappears. Until then, no chart or argument will land. And trying to win them over just drains you.

Everything changed the day I brought home my first real commission check. I didn’t say a word, I just showed it. My dad’s face changed instantly. The mockery stopped and became curiosity. Support followed success, not the other way around.

Same with my brother. He fought me for years and eventually worked with me. He made more on the side than at his job. Then ignored the discipline, lost focus, and went back to working two jobs: Morning at the bakery and as an electrician in the evening. Still no lectures from me.

Because that’s not your job.

Your job isn’t to convince. It’s to become undeniable.

Some people will cheer. Some will get bitter. Some will pretend it doesn’t count. Let them. The scoreboard handles conversations better than you ever could.

FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE

What We Learned From 8,000 Email Split Tests With Matt Bacak

This episode features Matt Bacak, a guy other top marketers call a living legend. He’s been building email lists since 1999, sent over 1 billion emails, and made $100+ million doing it.

While everyone keeps declaring email “dead,” Matt calmly explains why it still prints money and why social media can’t touch it. One stat alone says it all: for every dollar he spends on email, he averages $38 back.

We get into what actually moves the needle today. Not theory, but real split tests. Why open rates lie and why clicks don’t. And why some of his worst open rates turn into his best paydays.

If you’ve ever wondered whether email still works, or how to make it work without guessing, this conversation will reset your thinking fast.

Email isn’t dying. It’s quietly outperforming everything else.

CURATED READS

The Wizard of Ads by Roy H. Williams

This book reminded me that persuasion isn’t logic. It’s emotion, memory, and timing — stacked quietly until the sale feels obvious. Roy doesn’t write like a marketer. He writes like someone who understands how people actually decide.

Roy writes like a mad poet who accidentally wandered into advertising and decided to burn the rulebook. Short chapters with big ideas, and zero fluff. You’ll find yourself nodding, arguing with him, then nodding again five pages later.

What hit me most is how much money gets left on the table by trying to be clever instead of clear. Stories stick, but facts fade. If your message isn’t remembered, it doesn’t matter how smart it is.

Read this if your copy “makes sense” but doesn’t move people.  It’ll fix the part most tactics never touch.
