FROM MY WORLD

How My Ego’s Crack Became a Door.

Have you ever had one of those mornings where you wake up and realize... you’re the problem?

Not the algorithm. Not the niche. Not the offer.

You. Are. The. Bottleneck.

Yeah, I’ve been there. And let me tell you—it ain’t pretty.

Picture this: me, bouncing between autoresponders, counting clicks like a casino junkie, manually redirecting affiliate links like a robot with a Red Bull addiction. At some point, I wasn’t building a business—I was babysitting a beast I created. And it was eating me alive.

No sleep. No time. No life. Just me, a laptop, and a mountain of grunt work.

But the scary part? I liked it.

Every “ding” on my phone meant cash. Dopamine. Validation. Boom—$197. Ding—$1,059. I was hooked.

And just like any addict, I hit rock bottom.

Burnt out, guilt-ridden, skipping breakfast with my daughter to send another damn email. That’s when it hit me: I either get help, or I lose everything I built—and everyone I built it for.

So, I did what every control-freak solopreneur dreads…

I hired someone.

From Lithuania, of all places. (Because, why not? Cheap labor, smart minds, and better work ethic than half the dudes I knew.)

At first, I only gave him the “dummy work”—like flipping links once they hit 300 clicks. Stuff anyone with a pulse could do. But that tiny crack in my ego? It opened the floodgates.

Before long, he brought a friend. Then I brought a friend. Suddenly, I had a team. Still small, still scrappy, but enough to start getting my life back.

And as I grew, so did my standards.

Today, I don’t hire to save money. I hire to save my mind. I want A-players who’ve already done what I need done—preferably at a company bigger than mine. People who can teach me something instead of needing to be babysat.

Because let me tell you—if I wanted to babysit, I’d just spend more time with my kids. (Which I actually enjoy.)

So here’s the real question...

When should YOU hire someone?

Not when you can afford it. But when not hiring is costing you more than pulling the trigger.

And these days? One smart hire with AI chops can do the work of five average Joes.

Think about that.

You’re not just buying time—you’re buying momentum, peace of mind, and a shot at actually living the life you’re working so hard for.

Fire yourself. You’ll thank me later.

MY GIFT FOR YOU

What’s $3.99 Worth to You?

There’s a window in every online entrepreneur’s life where they ask:

“Why the hell am I working so hard… and still not making real money?”

I hit that wall years ago. Then I built something that flipped the script.

I wrote this short book to show you exactly what I did — the system I still use today to turn emails into income, without chasing trends or dancing for clicks.

And yeah — it costs less than gas to get to work.

But don’t let the price fool you.

This isn’t a book you buy. It’s a fork in the road.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

The Inner Game is the Only Game

Let’s cut the crap.

You can have all the funnels. All the ads. All the AI tools in the world.
But if your inner game is trash, you’re not going anywhere.

Here’s the brutal truth:
Most entrepreneurs are so obsessed with how to make money, they never stop to ask who is trying to make it.

They chase the next hack, the next shortcut, the next dopamine hit from a $37 sale.
And when they crash, they don’t understand why.
Here’s why: They didn’t do the real work—the inner work.

The guy in this story? He had it all.
Successful business. Law degree. 45 companies under his belt.
You’d think he was born with the Midas touch.

But when you peel back the curtain, you find the truth:
The biggest breakthroughs didn’t come from skills. They came from mindset shifts.

From chanting every morning to boost his energy before facing the day…
To raise his life condition like it’s his job (because it is)…
To figure out that the real game is played inside your head, not in your inbox.

Think about this:
He never practiced law a day in his life.
But he finished law school because his brain doesn’t like leaving things undone.
And he used that same stickiness to build success after success—not by being the smartest guy in the room, but by refusing to stop.

Now contrast that with most of the internet marketing world…

Everyone’s looking for an escape.
“Set it and forget it.”
“Four-hour workweek.”
“Beach, mojito, and passive income.”
Yeah, good luck with that.

Because the truth is—AI or no AI—you still gotta do the dishes.

You still gotta show up with the right headspace.
You still gotta believe you’re worth $1,000/hour… before anyone will pay you $100/hour.

And the fastest way to shift your mindset?

Find someone dumber than you… making 10x what you are.

Nothing shatters limiting beliefs faster than watching a dysfunctional hot mess rake in cash while you’re stuck overthinking every post.

Bottom line?

Stop trying to win the outer game until you master the inner one.
Because without the mindset to match your goals, you’ll sabotage everything you build.

Meditate. Chant. Journal. Scream into a pillow.
I don’t care what your method is.

Just play the inner game like your life depends on it.

Because it does.

CURATED READS

“The Alchemist: A Novel” by Paulo Coelho

Some books teach you how to make money.
Then some books teach you how to live.

The Alchemist? It slaps you in the soul.

This isn’t some dusty self-help guide written by a guru with a Rolex and a rented Lambo.
It’s a fable—but one that hits harder than most business books ever could.

It's about a shepherd boy who chases a dream.
A literal dream.
He goes on a journey to find a hidden treasure... only to discover the real gold was inside him all along.

Sound cheesy? Good.
You probably need a little cheese in your life. Especially if you’re hustling so hard you’ve forgotten why you started in the first place.

If you’ve ever felt like you're stuck, spinning your wheels, wondering if it’s all worth it—read this.
Because at some point, every entrepreneur becomes Santiago:
Lost. Broke. Confused. But still moving forward.

It’s a reminder that what you’re building—your list, your biz, your legacy—is part of something bigger.
And sometimes, the Universe is conspiring in your favor...
But only if you're crazy enough to believe it.

We believe in following the signs.
And this book?
Consider it one of them.
