“Good advertising does not just circulate information. It penetrates the public mind with desires and belief.” — Leo Burnett

FROM MY WORLD
This Helps You Poop
I got this email in my inbox with this subject line that didn’t have a name. It didn’t tease a benefit or pretend to be polite. It just said: “This helps you poop.”
I was checking my inbox, coffee in hand, kids already gone for the day. I didn’t need help with digestion, I wasn’t looking for supplements, but I still clicked right away because curiosity beats logic every time.
Inside was some of the wildest copy I’d seen in months. They had bullet points about pooping 171% more, getting rid of 5 to 20 pounds of who-knows-what, and boosting gut bacteria by 344%. I have no clue how they came up with those numbers. Didn’t matter. I kept reading.
I still remember the image. It looked like a mutant avocado, the kind of thing you’d expect to be banned from stores.
That’s when I realized something. Most businesses manage to be boring even when they sell exciting things. And here’s someone selling digestion like it’s the most exciting thing in the world.
People keep asking me about email length: Short or long? Three lines or three screens?
Here’s the truth: If someone is obsessed, length doesn’t matter.
I’ve got a friend who’ll give me thirty minutes to plan a business idea. But he’ll sit through a five-hour virtual summit on real estate without blinking. Another guy rolls his eyes when I mention email marketing, calls it spam. Talk to him about bikes, and he won’t shut up for an hour. Winter hits, and he’s angry at the weather because he can’t ride.
We all have a thing. And when you talk about that thing, you don’t have to fight for attention. People just give it to you.
That’s why boring copy isn’t about skill, it’s about disconnect. You’re either talking about something they don’t care about, or you haven’t figured out what they actually care about deep down.

MY GIFT FOR YOU
The Most Generous Coaching Offer I've Ever Made And Probably Ever Will
I'm about to do something that will make every business consultant who sees this have a minor stroke.
Starting today, I'm offering unlimited 1-on-1 coaching for an entire year. This isn’t group calls or "office hours”, but actual personalized coaching calls whenever you need them.
That means you’re getting unlimited access to solve every roadblock in your business.
I'm calling it "Roadblock Removal Laser Coaching" because we're not doing therapy sessions or motivational pep talks. We aim directly at your specific problem and eliminate it. Fast.
Now I couldn’t do this alone unless I only wanted to help a few people. Your coach is Liviu Ungureanu, who I personally trained for years. He went from working himself into facial paralysis as a CEO and wedding presenter to building complete freedom online under my mentorship.
Some gurus charge up to $25,000 for a single day of one-on-one support. You're getting 365 days of unlimited support for $1,000.
This is experimental, and capacity is genuinely limited. I reserve the right to shut it down the moment we hit our number.

MINDSET MAKEOVER
Sex and the List Building
Nobody tells you this part when they talk about working online, but one of the biggest upgrades has nothing to do with income or freedom and everything to do with time—specifically, whether you’re actually living on the same clock as the person you share your life with.
When I was working graveyard shifts and trying to build something on the side, my schedule was upside down, my energy was gone, and most nights I didn’t even sleep in the same bed as my partner, which sounds manageable until you realize how quickly it turns connection into something you squeeze in instead of something that happens naturally. You pass each other in the hallway, trade moments instead of time, and intimacy becomes a negotiation with exhaustion.
When my income moved online, the biggest change wasn’t money. It was mornings.
Life stopped being shoved to the end of the day when everyone is tired and distracted, and suddenly we were awake at the same time, unrushed, actually present with each other instead of running parallel lives under the same roof.
Here’s the part people miss. Control over your schedule doesn’t just change how you work; it changes how your relationships feel.
Most people who “work from home” never touch this because they keep the same hours, the same stress, and the same invisible rules—just without the commute, which isn’t freedom, it’s relocation. Real leverage is deciding when things happen instead of inheriting a timetable you never questioned.
Here’s the truth. If your work dictates your schedule, it will bleed into everything, including your relationship.
Change one part of your day today on purpose. Not for efficiency, but because your life deserves first dibs.

FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE
How To Create Outrageously-Profitable Campaigns With Bill Glazer
Bill Glazer started in menswear. Not marketing or info products. Suits, shirts, ties — the definition of boring.
Then he mailed a five-page handwritten sales letter on yellow legal pads and jammed his store so badly people couldn’t get inside. That wasn’t luck but intention.
What stuck with me in this conversation wasn’t the tactics. It was the mindset shift. Bill doesn’t look for clever ideas — he trains himself to notice what already works, swipe it ethically, and deploy it where others are too timid to try. He calls it outrageous, but really, it’s just refusing to blend in.
We talk about why you’re not your customer, why obvious ideas are usually ignored, and why fun isn’t optional if you want campaigns that actually convert. There’s also a moment where he explains why he made a $397 product on purpose — and why every dollar went to charity after his stroke.
If you’ve ever felt like your marketing is technically correct but completely invisible, this episode will bother you in the best way.
You won’t finish it thinking bigger, you’ll finish it thinking braver.

CURATED READS
Alchemy by Rory Sutherland
If logic ran the world, most marketing wouldn’t work.
Alchemy is Rory Sutherland’s elegant attack on “rational thinking” and why it so often kills great ideas. His big point? People don’t buy logically—they buy psychologically. And the marketers who understand that win.
This book will mess (in a good way) with how you think about pricing, positioning, and offers that should work but don’t.
It’s funny, slightly rebellious, and dangerously insightful. Read it, and you’ll stop trying to out-think the market… and start out-understanding it.
