I picked this up from a Russian “thought leader” who talks like a thug, curses like a sailor, and somehow drops life-changing wisdom between insults.
He reminded me of something powerful: the word “enthusiasm” comes from the Greek for “possessed by a god.”
That’s right—full-on divine takeover mode.

Here’s the deal:
Your environment can either feed that godlike energy or suck it out of you faster than a Monday morning meeting.
The people around you? Same thing.
Some will light you up.
Others will drain you so hard you’ll feel like you just binge-watched the news for 8 hours straight.

That’s why I invest time (and a lot of air miles) into surrounding myself with people who make more money than me, think bigger than me, and scare me—in a good way.
Their ambition is contagious.
One lunch and I’m already infected with bigger goals.

But the real secret sauce?
Clarity of purpose.
When you’ve got one big, audacious goal that’s crystal clear, you’ll wake up buzzing with energy before your alarm even rings.

Example: someone put a hypothetical gun to my head and asked me to pick ONE thing I truly care about.
Instant answer: my kids’ physical and financial well-being.
When I tied that to a decision—like moving my family to Bulgaria to explore safer and better opportunities—it was game over.
Motivation went from “I should” to “I must.”
The to-do list practically wrote itself.

So here’s your homework:
Pick the 1–3 things you’d fight tooth and nail for.
Then tie your side hustle to one of them.
Watch how fast your enthusiasm turns from a flicker into a wildfire.

There’s a window in every online entrepreneur’s life where they ask:

“Why the hell am I working so hard… and still not making real money?”

I hit that wall years ago. Then I built something that flipped the script.

It’s not glamorous, it’s not instant, and it’s definitely not a “5-second rule” hack.
It’s discipline, sacrifice, and a relentless commitment to building something that lasts.

The sooner you adopt that mindset, the sooner your results will catch up.
