FROM MY WORLD

What I Had to Unlearn Before I Made My First Million

When I started my business, I thought I was getting into marketing.
You know—traffic, funnels, copywriting… the fun stuff.

What I didn’t expect was that the real work would be on me.

I was prepared to study strategies.
I wasn’t prepared to confront every excuse, every lazy habit, and every victim story I’d been telling myself for years.

And let me tell you—it wasn’t pretty.

Because building a business has a sneaky way of holding up a mirror, suddenly, your results (or lack thereof) become a reflection of how you think, how you lead, and how you respond when things don’t go your way.

For the first couple of years, I carried a lot of baggage while pretending to be “in control.”

  • I blamed the email platform.

  • I blamed my team.

  • I blamed the niche.

  • But none of that helped me grow.

The real breakthrough came when I stopped pointing fingers and started owning everything.

And when I say everything, I mean everything.

The turning point wasn’t some sales hack or a secret traffic source.
It was the moment I realized: if something’s not working, it’s on me.

The same lesson hit me hard with my daughter.

She hated her new school. Said the kids were mean. Said nobody liked her. My instinct was to defend her, get mad at the school, maybe even look for a new one.

But then I watched her.

She wasn’t exactly being approachable. A kid tried to talk to her—she flat-out ignored him. Cold. I cringed watching it. I pulled her aside and said, “If that’s how you’re acting, I wouldn’t want to be your friend either.”

Harsh? Maybe. But it changed things.
She started reading How to Win Friends and Influence People.
She relaxed a bit. Smiled more. Made a few friends.

And suddenly… she liked school.

The lesson? You don’t get better results by changing your environment. You get them by changing you.

That’s what business will do to you. It will pressure you into growth.
And if you’re resisting that pressure, your results will reflect it.

So next time you feel stuck, don’t ask:
“What’s wrong with my business?”
Ask:
“What’s still unfinished in me?”

MY GIFT FOR YOU

COPY THE INCOME STREAMS THAT MAKE ME $1,000+ A DAY ON AUTOPILOT (NO SELLING REQUIRED)

Every now and then, I get asked what I’m really doing to make money online.

Not theory. Not yesterday’s launch.

Just—what’s working right now?

So I decided to share it.

I’ve put together a quick rundown of the exact income streams that bring in over $1,000 a day for me—quietly, consistently, and without me needing to sell anything face-to-face.

You’ll also see the 4 key filters I use before I touch any offer.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

They Loved Me… But They Never Paid Me

Let me ask you something…

Are you giving so much value that people love you… But still aren’t buying from you?

That used to be me.
I thought the game was: give, give, give—then one day, magically, people would feel so grateful they’d throw money at me.

Spoiler: they didn’t.

They said thank you.
They said “This is amazing!”
They even told their friends.

But they didn’t buy.
Why?

Because I forgot the most basic mindset law of business:

If you don’t ask, you don’t get.

See, deep down, most of us are afraid to ask for money. We don’t want to seem greedy. We don’t want to come off as pushy. We want to be liked more than we want to be paid.

That’s a mindset block. And it’s costing you real money.

Here’s what I’ve learned: Value is great, but it’s not enough.
People won’t pay you out of gratitude. They’ll pay you because you made an offer that solved a problem, and you did it confidently.

I had to learn that the hard way.
And not just in my business, but in how I saw myself.

There was a time I bent over backwards for someone who paid me less than half of what others did. Extra calls. Late nights. I even took heat at home because I believed she needed me to overdeliver.

And how did she repay me?

By accusing me of not doing enough.

That’s when it hit me: the people who pay less demand more—and appreciate less.

Why? Because when someone pays full price, they value what they’re getting.
When they don’t, they treat it like free samples at Costco.

So here’s your mindset makeover:

  • Stop giving value and hoping they’ll buy.

  • Start making bold offers and expecting to get paid.

You're not doing anyone a favor by hiding your offer. In fact, you're stealing their chance to solve a real problem.

So go pitch. Go ask. Go sell.

Because your mindset around money is either opening doors or slamming them shut.

CURATED READS

Be Useful: “Seven Tools for Life” by Arnold Schwarzenegger

Let me tell you something...

I didn’t expect to take life advice from the Terminator.
But here we are—and I’m glad I did.

In Be Useful, Arnold drops the Hollywood glitz and gets real. This isn’t about pumping iron or chasing fame. It’s about building a mindset that refuses to lose. The kind of mindset that made a broke Austrian kid a bodybuilding champion, a millionaire investor in his 20s, a movie icon, and—because why not—a governor.

What makes this book a must-read?

Arnold doesn’t talk in theories. He talks in tools. He used tools to shape a wild, unpredictable life into one of discipline, direction, and purpose. And the best part? Every one of these tools is transferable.

So if you’re an online entrepreneur, marketer, or just someone tired of coasting, this book will smack you with clarity and dare you to play bigger.

You won’t just read it. You’ll feel it.
And you’ll walk away with something even better than motivation: a mission.
