FROM MY WORLD

It’s a List Builder’s Wet Dream

Imagine this… You write a quick email, hit send, and BAM—commissions start rolling in.

No chasing leads. No struggling with ads. Just easy money on autopilot.

Sounds like a dream, right? Well, that’s all it is for most marketers—a dream.

Because more often than not, their emails bomb and they walk away empty-handed.

So, what’s the secret to writing killer solo ad swipes that actually work?

  • Step 1: The Subject Line

Your subject line’s job is not to be clever—it’s to get the open. Use this formula:
“How to [Desired Outcome] Without [Painful Thing]”
Example: How to Make 6 Figures Without a Huge Email List

  • Step 2: The Intro

Forget warm-up fluff—cut straight to the problem your reader is facing right now.
Example: "Most marketers waste thousands on ads that never convert. Here’s how to fix that."

  • Step 3: The Body

Tease the solution—don’t explain everything. Hint at why this is different & better.
Example: "The key isn’t spending more on ads. It’s changing one thing in your emails."

  • Step 4: The Call to Action

No hype. No gimmicks. Just tell them exactly what to do next.
Example: "Click here now to see how it works."

Most people overcomplicate email swipes.

But the truth is, writing a winning swipe is stupid simple if you follow the right structure.

Now tell me—how many of your emails are doing this right now?

Or are you just hoping they’ll work?

MINDSET MAKEOVER

What I Learned from 8,000 Email Split Tests

Most marketers think they’re testing their emails. They’ll change a word here, tweak a subject line there, maybe try a different call to action.

And when results don’t improve, they shrug and say, “Well, I guess email just doesn’t work like it used to.”

That’s because they’re testing like amateurs.

The pros? They test EVERYTHING.

And after 8,000 email split tests, here’s what we learned…

  • A formal, business-like email vs. one that reads like a text message from a friend

  • A one-word subject line vs. a full sentence

  • A tiny, barely noticeable call-to-action vs. a screaming red button

  • A friendly “Hey [First Name]” vs. a direct, no-nonsense opening line

  • A plain-text email vs. a highly designed HTML version

  • A single link in the email vs. multiple links

  • A short email vs. a long-form email that feels like a mini-sales letter

And guess what? The results? Mind-blowing.

A simple PS line instead of a button can double your clicks.

Changing the “From” name can resurrect dead subscribers.

Rewriting your subject line to match the first line of your email? More opens, more clicks, more sales.

But here’s the problem… Most marketers don’t test like this because they’re afraid. Afraid of looking stupid. Afraid of breaking something that “kinda works.” Afraid of stepping too far outside the norm.

So they play it safe.

They tweak a word here, add an exclamation mark there, maybe try an emoji in the subject line.

And when nothing changes, they tell themselves, “People just aren’t opening emails anymore.” BULL.

The truth?

  • The biggest breakthroughs come from the craziest tests.

  • Playing it safe = stagnation.

  • The only thing that matters? Earnings per click (EPC).

8,000 split tests have proven one thing: The marketers who OBSESS over testing are the ones who print money from their lists.

Every single email is an opportunity to test. Every send is a chance to uncover a hidden profit lever. And the marketers who push boundaries?

They’re the ones making more money from the same list—without working harder.

So the question is—are you testing hard enough? Or are you just guessing and hoping for the best?
