FROM MY WORLD

Why I Stopped Hiring A-Players

Let me say it straight up:
Hiring people almost broke me.

I mean it. The late nights. The anxiety. The slow-boiling rage when another “freelancer” ghosted me mid-project. When a team member accidentally sent a dead link to 100,000 people.
When my own brother stole the leads from me.

Yeah… it got personal.
Real fast.

See, I spent the early years thinking I just had a streak of bad luck.
That the universe was handing me the bottom of the talent barrel.

Lazy. Unreliable. Sloppy.
That’s how I labeled them.

Until one day, a lightbulb moment hit me like a truck full of unread business books.
The real problem wasn’t them. It was me.

I expected passion from people who were just showing up for a paycheck.
I expected loyalty from contractors I barely trained.
And worst of all, I expected my team to care as much as I did… when I hadn’t even built a system that deserved their care.

Big oof.

But here’s what changed the game:
I stopped being a control freak and started being a systems freak.

Books like The E-Myth Revisited and Work the System didn’t just open my eyes.
They punched me in the gut.

I realized I couldn’t hire another “me.”
So I stopped trying.

Instead, I built step-by-step checklists. Foolproof templates. SOPs a teenager could follow.
Because that’s how McDonald’s became a multi-billion-dollar empire—not because their fries are magical (even if they are), but because their systems are bulletproof.

Leadership isn’t about barking orders.
It’s about designing a game people can actually win.

And if your team keeps dropping the ball?
Maybe you didn’t give them a field to play on in the first place.

Ready to stop blaming and start building?
Because once I did, my business scaled faster—and I finally got my damn sanity back.

MY GIFT FOR YOU

COPY THE INCOME STREAMS THAT MAKE ME $1,000+ A DAY ON AUTOPILOT (NO SELLING REQUIRED)

Every now and then, I get asked what I’m really doing to make money online.

Not theory. Not yesterday’s launch.

Just—what’s working right now?

So I decided to share it.

I’ve put together a quick rundown of the exact income streams that bring in over $1,000 a day for me—quietly, consistently, and without me needing to sell anything face-to-face.

You’ll also see the 4 key filters I use before I touch any offer.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

Why Sharing Your Dreams Is the Worst Idea Ever…

Let me hit you with something that might sting a little…

Your dream is not a community project.

It’s not up for debate. It’s not something you need to run by your spouse, your parents, your buddies from high school, or Karen from accounting.

But most people? They treat their dreams like a group chat. They float an idea and wait to see how many “thumbs up” emojis they get before deciding if it’s worth chasing.

Here’s the raw truth: nobody else can want it for you. The moment you seek validation from others, you give them the power to kill your dream.

And they will.

Not because they hate you. Not because they want you to fail. But because your ambition makes them uncomfortable. It reminds them of everything they said “no” to in their own lives.

So they’ll wrap their fear in “advice” and serve it to you like it’s wisdom.

But it’s not.

It’s a dream killer.

If you’ve ever felt like your spouse doesn’t “get it,” or your friends look at you like you’ve got three heads when you talk about building an online business…

You’re not alone. You’re just early.

Most people won’t believe in your dream until it’s already done. Until you’re cashing checks, quitting jobs, and doing webinars in your boxers.

That’s when the “support” rolls in.

So here’s your mindset makeover: Move in silence. Build without permission. Execute like your life depends on it—because it does.

And when they finally ask, “How’d you do it?”

Smile.

And tell them: “You wouldn’t have believed me if I told you.”

CURATED READS

“80/20 Sales and Marketing” by Perry Marshall

If you’ve ever felt like you're doing everything right—but still not seeing results—this book will slap you with a cold, refreshing dose of reality.

Perry Marshall doesn’t just teach the 80/20 rule.
He weaponizes it.

And once you see how ruthlessly efficient top marketers are with their time, energy, and attention, you’ll never waste another hour tweaking your logo or “planning content.”

Here’s the big takeaway:
Most of what you’re doing right now is completely useless.
Your income, your traffic, even your customer base? All driven by a tiny fraction of your actions.

This book will show you how to find the 20% that brings in 80% of your results—and then go deeper to find the 4% that creates 64%.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify your most profitable customers

  • Focus only on tasks that matter

  • Cut your to-do list in half (and then half again)

  • Use leverage to do 10X the damage with 1/10 the effort

If you’re building an online business and don’t want to waste years playing “busy,” this book is your shortcut.
